Respondent No.2 is only proforma party (learned Arbitrator) from the docket order dt.09.12.2025.The identity of the petitioner and Respondent No.1 are established by their I.D.proof and identified by their respective counsels and they all stated that the matter is settled amicably and filed their terms ofcompromise jointly and the same are read overand explained to both the parties in the presence of their respective counsels, for which they admitted as true and correct and is voluntary.Hence,the following Award is prepared by incorporating the terms of compromise filed by both side parties.The said entire award is explained to the both side parties in the presence of their respective counsels, for which they all admitted voluntarily as true and correct.Hence,compromise is recorded and accordingly Award is passed disposing theCOP No.47/2024 in terms of compromise. Both side parties along with their respective counsels subscribed their signatures after fully understanding the entire award.
