Proceedings Summery Counsels on both side present. Heard the counsel on both sides and perused the draft issues filed by plaintiff. Perused the records. As per order XV-A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as amended by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 16 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2016, the following order is passed: a) The following issues are framed for trial: Issues sl.no.1 to 4 are farmed vide separate one in the docket. The Plaintiff shall file chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 27.10.2025 to 31.10.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Plaintiff shall be completed between 17.11.2025 to 21.11.2025. The Defendants shall file the chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 01.12.2025 to 05.12.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Defendant shall be completed between 08.12.2025 to 12.12.2025. Both the parties shall file their written arguments by 29.12.2025. Oral arguments will be heard by the Court on 29.12.2025. The time limit to address the oral arguments is between 29.12.2025 to 31.12.2025. Both the parties shall follow the Case Management Hearing, failing which, the Court shall have power to exercise the procedure contemplated under Rule 8 of Order XV-A of CPC. Call on 27.10.2025.
