Proceedings Summery Counsel for plaintiff present and insisted to take up the matter, as the defendants are not paying the rents and the defendants did not stand on their own words as represented on 23.09.2025 before the court. IA No.762/2025 filed by the third party claimant M/s.Gen Rentals under Order 38 Rule 8 R/W Sec.151 of CPC praying to raise the attachment order and release 160KVA Diesel Generator set, is allowed and consequently it is ordered to raise the attachment made in respect of subject movable ie., “160 KVA Diesel Generator set, Engine No.PKHM107739, Engine Model AL6DTIDG2, Make – Ashok Leyland and OEA – Genesis, Equip. Make-CGL affirming that the said Diesel Generator set is the exclusive property of the third party” which was attached in pursuance of the order in IA No.418/2024 in COS No.28/2024.
