IA No.612/2025 in IA No.418/2024 is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner therein (State Bank of India) who is having first charge over the movables has every right to proceed under SARFAESI Act, 2002 for realization of the debt by way of sale and the plaintiffs herein will be under the queue after the petitioner therein (State Bank of India) and the plaintiffs will get second priority right over the left-over sale proceeds after entire realization of the debt of the petitioner. Since the plaintiffs are also having second charge over the movables, the petitioner is directed to inform the plaintiffs about the sale proceedings and realization of the sale proceeds.
