Counsel for defendant filed a memo enclosing the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.14,06,516/- vide DD No.002415, Dt,02.04.2025 towards rents for the month of April, 2025. Even though the counsel for defendant represented that CRP has been filed aggrieved by the orders passed by this court, but admittedly no stay has been granted by the Hon’ble High Court. At this stage, the counsel for plaintiff insisted to fix up the date of commission. On hearing both side, the date, time and place of commission is fixed on 17.04.2025 at 12.00 noon at Advocate Commissioners Room, R.R.District Court Complex at L.B.Nagar.
