Proceedings Summery No representation from DHR. Counsel for JDR present. As seen from the record the Hon’ble High Court vide orders passed in IA No.1/2023 in COMCA No.18/2023 granted interim stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the Judgment passed by this court in COP No.2/2021. Hence, the circumstances and in view of granting interim stay by the Hon’ble High court and due to pendency of COMCA No.18/2023, this court is of the view to close further proceedings in the E.P. for the time-being without prejudice to the rights of the DHR by giving liberty to the DHR to proceed for execution in accordance with law, subject to result of appeal by the Hon’ble High Court in COMCA No.18/2023. Accordingly, further proceedings in the EP are closed for the time being with the above said observation. Stage Of Case Call on
