Proceedings Summery Counsels on both side and advocate commissioner present and filed the report that part of cross-examination of DW1 was recorded. Counsel for plaintiff reported that during the course of cross-examination of DW1 before the advocate commissioner, the counsel for D1 & D2 made unwarranted interference. At this stage, the counsel for D1 & D2 represented that during the cross examination of DW-1 before the Advocate Commissioner, when certain irrelevant questions were posed to the witness (DW-1), they have objected for unnecessary and irrelevant questions being posed before DW1. The Counsel for D1 & D2 represented that while recording the cross examination of DW-1, anything is added by the witness is being objected by the Counsel for Plaintiff for recording the same by the advocate commissioner and requested to take up the recording of cross examination of witness before bench by recalling the warrant of commission. Heard both side.As seen from the record, after filing the chief examination affidavits of DWs.1 to 4, due to busy schedule of the court, this court has appointed Smt.N.Subbalaxmi as an advocate commissioner to record the cross-examination of DWs.1to4.
