The Defendants shall file the chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 22.07.2025 to 28.07.2025.The cross-examination of the witnesses examinedin support ofthe case of the Defendant shall be completed between 28.07.2025 to 04.08.2025.Both the parties shall file their written arguments by 12.08.2025.Oral arguments willbe heard bythe Court on12.08.2025.The time limit to address the oral arguments is between 12.08.2025 to 20.08.2025.Both the parties shall follow the CaseManagementHearing, failing which,the Court shall have power to exercisethe procedure contemplated u/R8 of Order XV-A of CPC.
