Proceedings Summery Both counsels present. The learned counsel for the respondent Sri Sharad Sanghi submitted that he has mentioned the case before the Hon'ble High Court and that the CRP will be listed tomorrow or day after tomorrow and sought for time. It is also represented that in case of non extension of time he is ready to argue the matter on the next date of hearing and requested adjournment. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is intentionally dragging the proceedings for one or the other reason and causing loss to the petitioner without paying the amounts. Heard both sides. Perused the record.
