Both counsels also filed respective memos. the learned counsel for the respondent Sri Sharad Sanghi, Submitted that the Hon'ble High Court granted stay on 15.07.2022 and the said stay is still subsisting. on perusal of the said order, this court is of the considered view that the stay is granted till 27.07.2022. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the stay is not in force. In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to advance his arguments in the main COP, otherwise the matter shall be reserved for orders.
