Heard both side with regard to fixing the case management schedule. Accordingly the following case management schedule is fixed as follows: The Plaintiff shall file chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 23.04.2025 to 25.04.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Plaintiff shall be completed between 28.04.2025 to 02.05.2025. The Defendant shall file the chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 09.06.2025 to 13.06.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Defendant shall be completed between 16.06.2025 to 20.06.2025. Both the parties shall file their written arguments by 30.06.2025. Oral arguments will be heard by the Court on 30.06.2025. The time limit to address the oral arguments is between 30.06.2025 to 04.07.2025.
