Proceedings Summery No representation from defendants. Counsel for plaintiff present. The advocate commissioner filed report executing the warrant of commission recording the cross examination of PW1. It is noticed that in the cross-examination of PW1 before the advocate commissioner, Ex.B1 was marked in support of case of defendant No.1. The advocate commissioner filed a memo requesting for enhancement of the fee of commission by stating that it was taken four sittings for recording the cross-examination of PW1. Heard the counsel for plaintiff regarding the enhancement of fee of commission, for which the counsel for plaintiff fairly submitted that the commission was conducted on four sittings and reported for enhancement of any reasonable amount. Perused the proceedings of advocate commissioner and on hearing the advocate commissioner and counsel for plaintiff, this court is of the considered view to enhance the fee of commissioner with an additional fee of Rs.12,000/- payable by the plaintiff directly. Accordingly the plaintiff is directed to pay enhanced fee of Rs.12,000/- to the advocate commissioner. At request of counsel for plaintiff, for further evidence of plaintiff finally.
