Proceedings Summery Counsels on both side present. Heard both side with regard to case management hearing. As per Order XV-A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as amended by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 16 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2016, the following order is passed: The Plaintiffs shall file chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 17.03.2025 to 19.03.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Plaintiff shall be completed between 24.03.2025 to 28.03.2025. The Defendants shall file the chief examination affidavits of all the witnesses between 07.04.2025 to 11.04.2025. The cross-examination of the witnesses examined in support of the case of the Defendant shall be completed between 15.04.2025 to 21.04.2025. Both the parties shall file their written arguments by 28.04.2025. Oral arguments will be heard by the Court on 28.04.2025. The time limit to address the oral arguments is between 28.04.2025 to 02.05.2025.
