As per Order XV-A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as amended by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 16 of theCommercial Courts Act,2016,the following order is passed:a) The following issues are framed for trial:Issues are framed vide separate Sl.No.1to8.The Plaintiffs shall file chief examination affidavits of all the witnessesbetween 06.01.2025 to 10.01.2025.The cross-examination of the witnessesexamined insupport ofthe case ofthe Plaintiff shall be completed between20.01.2025 to 24.01.2025.The Defendants shall filethe chief examinationaffidavits ofallthe witnesses between 03.02.2025 to 07.02.2025.The cross-examination ofthe witnesses examined insupport of the case ofthe Defendant shallbe completed between 17.02.2025 to 21.02.2025.Both the parties shall file their written arguments by 03.03.2025. Oral arguments willbe heard by the Court on 03.03.2025. The time limit to address the oralarguments is between 03.03.2025 to 07.03.2025. Both the partiesshall follow the Case Management Hearing, failing which, the Court shall have power to exercise the procedure contemplated under Rule 8 of Order XV-A of CPC. Call on 10.01.2025.
