Proceedings Summery Counsels on both side present and represented that stay has been pending. In view pendency of stay by Special Court in the Cadre of District Judge for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes, City Civil Court, Hyderabad vide COP No.24/2022, this court is of the view to close further proceedings in the E.P. for the time-being without prejudice to the rights of the DHR by giving liberty to the DHR to proceed for execution in accordance with law, subject to the result of COP No.24/2023 on the file of the said court.
