Proceedings Summery Heard the learned counsel for the DHR. The above EP is filed for execution of the award passed by the Arbitrator in Arbitration Application No. 26 of 2011 dated 15.03.2016. According to the DHR, the JDR filed COP No. 83 of 2016 before the Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein no stay was granted. The record shows that the JDR failed to appear before the Court even after receipt of the notice, as such, the JDR was set exparte on 22.06.2021. Since then, there is no representation from the JDR. Hence considering the facts and circumstances stated in the EP, issue warrant of attachment of the petition schedule property on payment of process, returnable by 12.10.2022. Stage Of Case Process
