Proceedings Summery Plaintiff M/s JVP SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED (JVP IT PARK) is represented by its authorized Signatory i.e., Mr. D.Niranjan Kumar along with his counsel Sri M.Vijayakanth present and Defendant M/s ITELLIGENCE INDIA WARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is represented by its authorized signatory i.e., J.S. Kalyan Chakravarthy present along with his counsel Sri Priya Iyengar before the Lok Adalat. The identity of the parties is established and identified by their respective counsels. They stated that the matter is settled amicably. The parties filed compromise petition and terms thereof are read over and explained to both the parties in the presence of respective counsels and they admitted the terms of compromise as true and correct and affixed their signatures after fully understanding the terms of settlement arrived at. Hence compromise is recorded. Accordingly COS is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award is passed in terms of compromise and terms of compromise were incorporated in this award.
