I.A.No. 191/2022 This petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under order-VII, Rule-14 (3) read with Section 151 of CPC praying this court to receive. 1) Application made by plaintiff to furnish bank statement dt.29.12.2021. 2) Bank statement of the plaintiff company issued by HDFC Bank from 09.03.2015 to 20.03.2015. The above documents are certified copies issued by the HDFC Bank. The respondent/defendant right to file WS. already forfeited. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the documents sought to be filed by the petitioner is the certified copy of the bank statement issued by the HDFC Bank during the relevant period of transactions and as the petitioner has already filed the copy of the said documents at the time of filing of the suit, this petition is allowed, permitting the petitioner to file said documents.
