Proceedings Summery The learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendants filed a joint memo stating that the above suit is filed for recovery of Rs.3,71,47,975/- and the same is coming up for defendants evidence and the parties entered into compromise to settle the matter out side the court and accordingly the defendants paid Rs.1,05,48,340/- to the plaintiff through 2 separate transactions dated 24.08.2023 and 16.10.2023 towards full and final settlement of dispute and the same was acknowledged by the plaintiff vide receipt dated 28.11.2023. The copy of the receipt dated 28.11.2023 acknowledging the payment made by the defendants to plaintiff is filed herewith. Having considering the submissions of both the counsels and in view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Stage Of Case Evidence
