Proceedings Summery Counsel for D3 is not cross examining the witness of D1 and D2 and has been taking time. Dw.1 though present before the commissioner the counsel for D3 could not cross examine the witness when it was proposed to conduct cross examination of DW.1 today, it is reported that the witness is not in station and could come only after 20th of February, 2023. Having considering teh fact that witness was present on last occatioin and cross examining could not be done, I deem it appropriate to grant time to the defendant no.3 on condition of payment of cost of Rs.2500/- to the defendant no.1 and 2.
