Proceedings Summery The present suit is originally filed before the Civil Court and numbered as OS No 671 of 2016 and after constitution of the Commercial Courts, the suit is transferred and renumbered as COS No 133 of 2017. On perusal of docket, it is evident that in the year 2019, the counsel for the plaintiff reported that moratorium is in force as per the Order passed by the Hon'ble NCIT, Hyderabad Bench and thereafter, the matter is adjourned from time to time. From 31.01.2024 onwards, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff and several conditional orders were passed by this court for clarifying on the moratorium and finally posted to today i.e., 09.04.2025.
