The respondent No.1 in COP filed the present application to reopen the matter on the ground to advance to the arguments on the maintainability and jurisdiction of this court to entertain the COP. Having considering the same, this court is inclined to allow the petition and hear the matter afresh. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and heard both sides in the main COP also.
