Proceedings Summery Heard the learned counsel for the DHR and perused the record. The present CEP 21 of 2024 is filed for enforcement of the Award dated 07.10.2023 passed by the learned Arbitrator and the DHR sought for attachment of amount lying into the credit of JDR No.1 in Account No. 52057027191, bearing IFSC Code SBIN0020728 in the custody of JDR No.2 and direct JDR No.2 to deposit the said amount into the court under Order 21 Rule 46 and 52 of CPC. Inspite of service of notices, the JDR Nos.1 & 2 failed to appear before this court and they were set exparte on 22.10.2024. The present CEP is filed for enforcement of the award dated 07.10.2023 passed by the learned arbitrator and claimed Rs.5,41,06,931.37ps/- along with future interest @9% per annum.
