Proceedings Summery 12.09.2023: The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that the Hon'ble High Court disposed of the CRP No. 2443/2023 on 31.08.2023 directing the parties to appear before this court on 12.09.2022 along with a copy of the order and directed this court to fix a date for hearing of the petition for filing the written submissions and to submit arguments in the above COP and to dispose of the above COP expeditiously and placed the order copy of the Hon'ble High Court dated 31.08.2023. Heard the submissions of both the counsels and perused the record and also the order of the Hon'ble High court in CRP 2443/2023 dated 31.08.2023. In compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court the COP No. 254/2017 is restored and the petitioner shall file his written submissions and advance the arguments on 06.10.2023.
