Admittedly the present suit is filed before the Hon'ble Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and in view of the constitution of Commercial Courts, the suit is transferred to this court and re- numbered as COS 126/2017 and the petitioner filed the written statement prior to transfer and after the transfer the issues were framed and coming up for trial. 10. If the documents filed by the petitioner are received at this stage, no prejudice would caused to the respondent /plaintiff . Having considering the same, this court is inclined to allow the petition. 11. In the result the petition is allowed and the documents are received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
