Proceedings Summery The present CEP 20 of 2024 is filed for execution of the Decree dated 20.06.2024 passed by this court in COS.No.7 of 2024 and sought for delivery of possession of the CEP schedule property. This court by an order dated 04.09.2024 issued warrant to the bailiff to deliver possession of the property to the Decree Holder from the Judgment Debtors and posted to 24.10.2024 for report. The bailiff filed the report stating that the possession of the CEP schedule property delivered to the decree holder on 28.09.2024 by conducting panchanama. The learned counsel for the Decree holder is filed a memo stating that the warrant for delivery of possession has been executed and prayed to close the CEP. Heard the learned counsel for the Decree holder and perused the record. In view of the delivery of possession of the CEP schedule property to the Decree holder, nothing remains in the present CEP to execute and accordingly the CEP is closed.
