Proceedings Summery The learned advocate commissioner filed the interim report by recording the part of DW.1 cross examination and it is reported that during the course of cross examination of DW.1 several objections were raised by both the counsels and the learned counsels requested to place the matter before the court and in pursuance of the same, interim report is filed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the defendant witness i.e. DW.1 is not answering the questions in a proper manner and the questions put to the witness were objected by the defendant counsel. The learned counsel for the defendant submitted that the questions putforth by the plaintiff counsel are out of pleadings. Having considering the submissions of both the parties, the commission is fixed on 10.10.2023 for cross examination of DW.1 and the learned advocate commissioner shall record the cross examination in question and answer form wherever necessary and file the report by 13.10.2023.
