The claim relates to the services rendered by the plaintiff under an agreement which resembles like a consultancy services agreement. I have gone through the MOU between the partnership firm of the plaintiff and the defendant which is the basis of the suit agreement and the possession of the plaintiff is described as Financial Advisor.
