Proceedings Summery The present CEP 15/2021 is filed for enforcement of the Decree passed by this court in COS No. 13/2017 and the DHR sought for attachment and sale of the E.P. schedule property and during the pendency of the CEP, the JDR sold the E.P. schedule property through a Registered Sale deed Bearing Doc. No.3185/2022 dated 03.08.2022 and subsequently the DHR filed CEA No 99/1 of 2023 seeking direction to the JDR to deposit the sale consideration amount of Rs.48,00,000/- into the credit of CEP and the same is allowed by this court on 01.09.2023. Pursuant to the orders passed by this court, the JDR deposited the amount of Rs.48,00,000/- on various dates in to the credit of above CEP and DHR herein filed cheque petitions to withdraw the said amount of Rs. 48,00,000/-. Since the C.E.P. schedule property is sold away and the said consideration is deposited into the credit of CEP and in view of the withdrawal of said amount by DHR nothing remains in the present CEP to proceed further. The DHR filed the part satisfaction memo. Having considering the same, the CEP is closed and the DHR is at liberty to pursue the remedies available under law for realization of the remaining decretal amount. Stage Of Case Call on
