In the result, the petition is allowed directing the respondent to furnish the security for a sum of Rs. 60,60,23,009/- within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the petitioner is at liberty to file detailed inventory of the property belonging to the respondent for attachment and on such furnishing of the details, the bailiff of the court shall attach the said movable properties.
