On perusal of record, the claim petitioner executed GPA in favour of PW.1 on 06.02.2023 and the GPA holder filed the claim petition on 07.02.2023 and evidence was adduced by the GPA holder and examined as PW.1 and the claim petitioner nor the GPA holder has not sought any leave to examine the claim petitioner as subsequent stage. Reopening the matter at this stage to examine the claim petitioner amounts to permitting claim petitioner to fill up the lacunas and having considering the same, this court is not inclined to allow the petition.
