Proceedings Summery 1. Both the parties shall complete the inspection of documents under Order XI Rule 3 C.P.C. and also statement of admission and denials of the documents under order XI Rule 4 C.P.C. shall be filed by 08.02.2023. If statement of denials is not filed parties will not be entitled to dispute the documents in future. 2. Both the parties shall be present for hearing under order X Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. on 15.02.2023, If parties fail to attend the Court will hearon oad settle issues on the same day. Interrogatories if any shall be filed on this day. 3. Both the parties shall inform the Court regarding possibility of settlement of the dispute through ADR (Sec. 89 of C.P.C) and file list of their witnesses on 28.02.2023. Interrogaries if filed shall be replied by that day. 4. The plaintiff shall file affidavits of evidence of all his/her/it's witnesses on 07.03.2023, after furnishing copies of the affidavits to other sides and the evidence of the witnesses in advance of the plaintiff i.e. examination in chief will be recorded on the same day.. 5. The recording of cross examination of all the witnesses of the plaintiffs shall be completed by 15.03.2023. 6.
