The present application is filed by the plaintiff U/0.7 R.14 with a prayer to receive the original documents annexed to the present petition. The petitioner contended that along with the suit 91 photocopies are filed and the present application is field to substitute the said photocopies with the originals and no prejudice would be caused to the respondent if these documents are received. The petitioner/plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of money and along with the suit photocopies were filed and the present application is filed to substitute the documents with the originals and no prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the documents are received.
