Proceedings Summery Inspite of granting several adjournments at the request of the petitioner counsel, today the learned counsel for the petitioner filed I.A. U/o. 17 R. 1 CPC seeking adjournment. On perusal of the docket several conditional orders were passed by this court for advancing the arguments and adjournments were granted at the request of counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent apposed for adjournment stating that the petitioner is taking adjournments on one ground or other to delay the proceedings. Since the matter is of 2018, this court is not inclined to grant adjournment and having considering the health reason mentioned in the adjournment petition, this court in inclined to give one opportunity to the petitioner for advancing the arguments.
