Proceedings Summery 1. Both the parties shall inform the Court regarding possibility of settlement of the dispute through ADR (Sec. 89 of C.P.C) and file list of their witnesses on 07.03.2023. 2. Both the parties shall be present for hearing under order X Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. on 16.03.2023. If parties fail to attend, the Court will hear on issues on the same day. Draft issues and Interrogatories if any also can be filed. 3. The plaintiff shall file affidavits of evidence of all his/her/it's witnesses on 27.03.2023, after furnishing copies of the affidavits to other sides. 4. The recording of cross examination of all the witnesses of the plaintiffs shall be completed by 17.04.2023. 5. The defendant shall file affidavits of evidence of all his/her/it's witnesses by 28.04.2023, after furnishing copies of the affidavits to other sides. 6. The cross examination of all the defendant witnesses shall be completed by 02.06.2023. 7. Written arguments shall be filed by both the counsel by 12.06.2023. 8. Oral arguments will be heard on 22.06.2023. No time limit contemplated under order XV-A Rule 2 (g) is fixed, for oral arguments. The counsel shall take appropriate and reasonable time. The above time limits will be modified only in exceptional circumstances and /or due to any inconvenience of the Court.
