Proceedings Summery The respondents in the present COP filed IA No. 194/2024 seeking advancement of the date of hearing from 15.10.2024 to today i.e., 10.09.2024 and the same is allowed. The respondent Nos. 1 to 4 filed a memo stating that with the intervention of the elders, the matter is settled between the parties and accordingly, the parties entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 09.09.2024 and annexed the original of the same. .. The authorized signatory of the petitioner i.e., Shrikant Manohar Wadhokar is present before this court along with the identity proof and he is identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further, admitted that the parties entered into the MOU dated 09.09.2024 reducing the terms and conditions into writing. .. The present COP 65/2024 is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer to set aside the award dated 26.02.2024 passed by the learned arbtrator. During the pendency of the present COP, the parties herein entered into a settlement and the terms and conditions are reduced into writing in the MOU dated 09.09.2024 and the original MOU is filed be fore this court.
