In the result, the gold jewelry and ornaments placed for the display in the petition schedule mentioned premises up to a worth of Rs.14 crores are ordered to be attached. The Bailiff of the court shall attach the property after getting each attached movable property (ornament) tested and weighed by a qualified appraiser of gold and precious metals, preferably working in the office of Deputy Director, Department of Mines and Geology Government of Telangana, Hyderabad or any other expert gold appraiser associated with serving any nationalized bank and noting down the details of description, weight, purity of gold and value in a tabular form. Sri. V. Ravi Kumar, Rtd. District judge, is appointed as a Commissioner to supervise the process of attachment and ensure compliance………………….. The fee of the commissioner is fixed as Rs. 50,000/-. The in charge of Nazarat is directed to depute experienced Bailiff/Bailiffs to implement this order and the office is directed to issue two separate warrants as per this order, one for attachment of the movable property and another for delivery of possession of the C.E.P. schedule mentioned property. In case of any difficulty the learned Commissioner can approach the court and obtain required orders for clarification or removal of difficulty.
