I.A No. 124/2024:- The present application is filed by the petitioner under Section 148 R/w Section 151 CPC with a prayer to extend the time for 90 days in complying the conditional order dated 24-01-2024 passed by this court in Ι.Α.Νο. 16/2022 in COP.No.28/2022. In support of the application, the petitioner filed an affidavit contending that the petitioner filed COP.No. 28/ 2022 challenging the award dated 04- 05-2021 and the petitioner filed I.A under Section 36(2) of the Act to grant stay of the award and the same was allowed by this court on 24-01- 2024 subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount and contended that the petitioner herein filed I.A.No. 85 of 2024 and sought for extension of time and the same was allowed granting 4 weeks time and further requested 90 days time to comply the order dated 24-01-2024. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed for granting extension of time of 90 days. Having considering the submissions of both the parties, this court is inclined to grant two weeks from today for complying conditional order dated 24-01-2024, failing which, the respondent can proceed in accordance with law.
