Proceedings Summery This court by an order dated 08.11.2023 fixed the case management schedule and issues were framed on 22.01.2024 and PW1 evidence is filed on 03.02.2024 and Ex. A1 to A9 are marked and an Advocate Commissioner is appointed to record the cross examination of PW1 and subsequently, due to the negotiations between the parties for settlement, the matter is adjourned from time-to-time. Both the counsels reported that negotiations between the parties have been failed and requested for fixation of fresh case management schedule. Heard both sides and the case management schedule is fixed as under: 1. The recording of cross examination of PW1 shall be completed by 18.07.2024. 2. The defendants shall file affidavit evidences of all his/her/it's witnesses by 02.08.2024, after furnishing the same to other-side. 3. The cross examination of all the defendant witnesses shall be completed by 20.08.2024. 4. Written arguments shall be filed by both the counsel by 09.09.2024. 5. Oral arguments will be heard on 19.09.2024. The above time limits will be modified only in exceptional circumstances and /or due to any inconvenience of the Court. The Court will pass appropriate orders under XV-A Rules 6 and 8 C.P.C, whenever required.
