Proceedings Summery The learned counsel for the DHR advanced the argument on 08.11.2024 and at the request oft he JDR counsel the matter is adjourned to 18.11.2024 and thereafter it is adjourned to today. The learned counsel for the JDR filed CEA to adjourned the CEP for hearing on the ground that the JDR filed appeal before the Hon’ble High Court vide COMCA No.20 of 2020 and the matter is not listed before the bench for hearing. The adjournment is opposed by the learned counsel for the DHR. As on today there is no stay by the appellant court in the present CEP. In order to give opportunity 10 days time given to the JDR, Call on 04.12.2024, for JDR hearing failing to advance the arguments on the said date it will be treated as heard.
