In the result, the suit is partly decreed with costs directing the defendant Nos.1 and 2 to pay an amount of Rs.2,22,74,994.75ps/- along with interest @18% per annum from 21.01.2021 till the date of decree and thereafter, interest @9% per annum on the principle sum of Rs.2,22,74,994.75ps/- till the date of realization. Since the defendant No.3 already deposited Rs.87,07,854.26/- which is payable to the defendant Nos.1 and 2, the plaintiff is entitled to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest by adjusting the same from the amount payable by the defendant Nos.1 and 2 and accordingly, the suit against the defendant No.3 is dismissed, without costs.
