By orders in I.A.No. 62/2021 dated 21.12.2021 this court has attached the amount of Rs. 75,00,000/- and still an amount of Rs. 12,07,866.26 paise is lying in the hands of the respondent no.3 which belongs to the respondent no.1 and 2. As mentioned in the order passed in I.A.No. 62/2021, the financial condition of the respondent no.1 and 2 is critical and the interest of the petitioner is to be secured. Therefore the remainder of the amount i.e., Rs. 12,07,855.26 paise is also hereby attached under order 38 Rule 5 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and I hereby direct the respondent no.3, to deposit the same before the court on or before 30.12.2022.
