(VSO) In the result, the respondent no.1 is directed to furnish an undertaking within one week from the date of this order that it will not deal with the land available for development in phase B & C admeasuring Ac.35-22.8 gts till the respondents completes the leftover works in Phase -A and D as agreed under the allocation-cum-supplementary deed dated 22.07.2023, failing which, the petition stands allowed partly to the extent that the respondent no.1 shall not deal with the property covered by phase B and C i.e. Ac.35-22.8 gts in any manner until the parties commence arbitration proceedings in terms of DAGPA dated 10.05.2018 and the rest of the reliefs prayed in the petition are hereby rejected.
