If the petition is allowed and the rejoinder is taken on record, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. Having considering the same, the petition is allowed. The present application is filed under O-1 R-10 (2) R/w Sec. 151 CPC with a prayer to transpose the petitioners as petitioner no. 5, 6 & 7 in COP No. 23/2024 in COP No. 23/2024, the petitioners pleaded that the petitioners and the respondent nos. 3 to 5 are the joint owners of the petition schedule property and there is no conflict of interest between them.
