Proceedings Summery I.A. No. 22/2024 is allowed and the date of hearing is advanced from 12.02.2024 to today i.e. 23.01.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the petitioners and the respondents have compromised the matter and the petitioner has received the consideration towards full and final satisfaction of the claims in the above matter and prayed to dismiss the above COP as not pressed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. In view of the compromise arrived between the parties, and considering the memo, the COP is dismissed as not pressed. I.A No. 22/2024:- The present application is filed by the petitioners U/r.109 (2) R/w. Sec. 151 CPC with a prayer to advance the date of hearing in the above COP No. 2/2024 from 12.02.2024 to today i.e. 23.01.2024. The petitioner contended that the above COP is filed U/s. 34 of Arbitration and conciliation Act to set aside the award dated 29.02.2022 and during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioners and respondents mutually entered into a settlement and the petitioners are intended to withdraw the COP and prayed to allow the petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. In the result, the petition is allowed and the date of hearing is advanced today i.e. 23.01.2024. Stage Of Case Call on
