Proceedings Summery Perused the record. The docket proceedings are silent whether subsequent to the orders in IA No. 2 of 2020 and IA No. 3 of 2020 the warrant was issued to the Advocate Commissioner for further cross-examination of P.W-1 by the defendants or not. In the meanwhile, the Corona Pandemic started and thereafter, the case records were transmitted from Principal District Court, Khammam to the Commercial Court. After receipt of the case records, both the cases in OS No. 45 of 2017 and OS NO. 94 of 2017 are renumbered as OS No. 17 of 2021 and OS No. 18 of 2021 respectively and since then there is no representation from both sides. Hence, the office is directed to issue notices to both the parties and their counsel on record for appearance before this court on the next date of hearing i.e., on 30.08.2022, failing which further steps will follows.
