Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that an identical issue is involved in OA No. 063/622/2019 wherein while issuing notices to the respondents,  operation of the order impugned therein has also been stayed.

Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Let the reply to Original Application be filed a day prior to the date fixed with an advance copy to learned counsel for the applicant.
