Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he needs some more time for substituting the applicant with legal heirs.  

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that reply statement has already been filed.

Mr. Martin further submits that as regards applicant No. 2 and 3, the order passed by this Tribunal has been complied with.  Thus O.A survives for applicant No.1, whose pensionary benefits have to be given from the date of 01.01.2016.
