Mr.Martin G Thottan,learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant no.1 has been expired and an application for substituting the applicant with legal heirs will be filed shortly.  He further submitted that the PPO in respect of other applicants stated to have been issued have not been received by the disbursing Bank so far.  Mrs.Mini.R.Menon, learned counsel for the respondents is directed to obtain a clarification from the respondents and submit during the next posting date.
