This is a matter in which parties are aged 84 years, 78 years  and  75 years respectively. The matter relates to only implementation of an order under the process of execution. Even after four opportunities granted, no reply is seen filed. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are in the process of implementing the order. But then the process has started quite long back and even now there is no worthwhile indication as to when the order will be implemented. 

Since the matter relates to senior citizens, let the second respondent appear in person on 11.5.2018 and show cause why action should not be initiated against him. If the order is complied with in the interregnum,  he needs only to file a compliance report.
